| This is an original PERFORMANCE MACHINE design which allows a significant increase in caster/camber adjustment compared to other designs. The design of the spherical bearing holder allows the bearing to accept all the thrust loads, eliminating the need for a separate thrust bearing. The assemblies are fabricated using7075-T651 aluminum alloy, and are supplied with Grade 8 and AN hardware. | Volkswagen Lower Ball Joint Extender: |
For All Models Using The 17mm Or 19mm Ball Joint Fits pinch clamp on stock VW upright, and stock ball joint shank. Returns lower control arm to proper angle to improve front suspension geometry on cars that have been lowered. Machined from 4140/4142 steel and heat treated to a tensile strength of 150,000 PSI. | Audi S4 Intercooler Kit (FMIC): |
The kit is based on Garrett's 12" X 24" X 3.5" bar and plate intercooler core which we modify to a height of 9.5". We fabricate end tanks and tubes specifically for the S4. The intercooler mounts directly in front of the stock radiator and air conditioning condenser on custom brackets fitted inside a modified OEM bumper. It is completely enclosed by the bumper cover.
The installation clears the power steering cooler and engine oil cooler. Horns must be relocated to accommodate the down tube from the turbo-charger outlet hose.
The kit includes the custom intercooler, down tube from turbocharger hose, inlet tube to throttle body hose, mounting brackets and hardware, and modifications to the customer's OEM bumper.
We have OEM bumpers in stock which we will modify and ship with the kit. A $300.00 deposit is required, which will be refunded upon receipt of an OEM bumper in good condition.

We can supply HYPERCOIL springs with our suspension packages.
*NOTE: Crossmember, a-arms, front struts, trailing arms are sold exchange for clean, undamaged, unaltered units. A core charge will be billed in lieu of an acceptable exchange unit. Some customers prefer to have us upgrade their original components. This service is available at the same prices listed.
**NOTE: Components with acetel bushings come with zerk fittings installed.
NOTES: for all products
- Cross members, A-arms, track arms, and trailing arms listed in the catalog are OEM units which have been cleaned, inspected, refinished and had our components installed.
- We use aurora alloy steel spherical bearings and rod ends with ptfe lined races. Exception: stress bar rod ends are not ptfe lined.
- 240Z C/C ASMS. are sold as an installed package, includes tower plates, nut plate with removable nut retainers
- Porsche 911 C/C ASM. requires replacement of OEM strut tower to provide a flat locating surface, includes nut plate with removable nut retainers.
- Audi 4000 C/C ASM. includes 6.5" diam. adapters to be welded into towers, includes nut plate.
